Founder & Managing Director
Lisa Hughes, MSc
With years of experience in the industry, Lisa has a wealth of expertise in pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs and medical information. She holds an MSc in Pharmacovigilance from the University of Hertfordshire and a BTEC in Pharmaceutical Science. With experience as Deputy EEA-QPPV, UK-QPPV, and UK-NCP, Lisa has also worked as a Clinical Regulatory Manager and Medical Information Manager.
Her background includes NHS pharmacy experience, specialising in aseptic preparation (cytotoxic, TPN and CIVAs), dispensing and patient counselling. A frequent speaker at conferences, Lisa is passionate about driving excellence in pharmacovigilance and compliance.

Jackie Roberts, MBA PhD
Jackie holds a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology from Imperial College London, an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School, a Diploma of Imperial College (DIC), and a BSc (Hons) from the University of London.
With extensive experience as an EEA-QPPV, UK-QPPV, and UK-NCP, she has served as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for the UK, Ireland, and Southern Europe and as a scientific assessor for the MHRA. Jackie is a two-time recipient of the International PV Thought Leader of the Year award and has published numerous scientific papers.
